You may be asking, "What does Changed for Life " mean?
  • Changed for Life means to be radically transformed for the here and now, and also for eternity.
  • How does this change take place?
    The first aspect of being Changed for Life involves being introduced to the person of Jesus Christ. This change is not based on any magic formula or recipe for success, but rather it is based solely on your one-to-one relationship with Jesus Christ. Our purpose at Calvary is not to "shove religion down your throat" or pressure you into any decision, but rather to introduce you personally to Jesus, to explain clearly what He has done for you and to encourage you in your response to Him.
The second aspect of being Changed for Life includes encouraging, standing by and instructing one another in living the life that God has for each one of us. We individually cannot change our human nature or worldly habits, only God can. This is where active involvement in Bible Study and Worship will help each individual discern and put into practice the habits and character that God desires in each person.
We are about introducing you to Christ in a non-threatening way that will allow you to respond to Him in your own time and then being there for you as you begin or continue your personal walk with Christ. At Calvary, we want to be of help to you in life, in any way that we can.
