With many worship services and weekly events taking place at Calvary, the Media ministry is able to offer many servanthood opportunities for those who feel called to audio and video production.

Camera Operator
Camera operators will be responsible for operating TV cameras and remote cameras during Sunday Morning Worship and V2 Services.
We currently use Hitachi Z4000w's for filming our TV program. We also use Sony HVR-Z1U HD and Canon GL2 camcorders for remote
camera work. Individuals interested in operating a camera must have proper experience, and/or complete 2 hour training session.
Helpful skills: steady hands, willingness to practice, photography or videography background
Video Editors
Video Toaster, Adobe Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro experience required. (We do have training available for Video Toaster.)
Graphic Editors
We currently use some of the best graphics programs available including Adobe Creative Suite CS2(Includes Photoshop CS2), Macromedia Studio 8
(includes Flash, Dreamweaver, and Freehand), 3D MAX version 8, Poser 6, ZBrush2, and Corel KPT Collection. Experience with any of the
above programs is preferred but not required.
Drama
We are always looking for people no matter what age who like to act or be in front of the camera so that we may film dramas/skits to be used

Stage Hands
We need people who can work behind the scenes for skits or major church dramas in handling props, stage pointing, and some directing.
Producers
TV producers handle the switching of the cameras and calling the shots needed to film a quality TV program. Worship Producers are responsible
for all Media related activity in the Worship Areas including Lighting, Sound, Power Point, and any Videos that will be played. To be in one
of these positions, you must be able to multitask, have some knowledge/expereince with the equipment being used, and you need to have good troubleshooting skills.
Audio Engineers
Audio is one of the most important aspects of media and requires knowledge and expereince in at least the basic aspects of mixing and recording
using a sound board. Audio engineers must apprentice for two months on Sunday morning or evening in order to qualify for this role.
Lighting Operators
Lighting operators operate the lighting console during Worship Services and assist at times in maintenance and re-positioning of lights.
This is an apprenticed position for newcomers to this ministry.
Helpful skills: A sensitive spirit to the worship atmosphere and an understanding of the flow of the service.
Power Point / Media Shout Operators
These individuals operate the computer and/or VCR that displays the words to the music being sung and provides the slides for the sermon. Individuals
must apprentice for at least four services.
Helpful skills: Experience working with Power Point or Media Shout, basic computer skills, and the ability to stay focused on the Worship Service.
